All UK orders placed with Its Plain cost £4.99 for delivery. We aim to ensure that all orders are processed and packaged within 2 working days of receipt. We send all our items by 1st Class Mail so your order should arrive within 3-5 working days. We now also offer international shipping; costs may vary depending on your shipping jurisdiction.

As a result of Covid-19, we have been notified by our mail services to request all customers allow an additional 10-14 working days for their orders to arrive. Whilst we would hope that your order would reach you sooner than this, we cannot guarantee a fixed arrival window. We apologise for any inconvenience caused because of this.

Should your items not arrive after 14 working days of placing your order, then please email: contact@its-plain.com and we will investigate this further for you.


Our aim is to ensure you are happy and satisfied with your order however we can understand that you might change your mind and decide to return an item.

Under our extended Lockdown Returns Policy - any purchases made after the 1st of January 2021 may be returned until 31st of March 2021, with a valid order number. All items returned to us must be in new and unworn condition with the original packaging and tags still attached. We request that returns are wrapped securely in appropriate packaging to ensure good arrive to us in their original condition.

All returns are at the cost of the customer. You are entirely responsible for any returned goods until they are signed for at our warehouse. We therefore advise that returns are made via recorded delivery and/or that proof of postage is obtained in the unlikely event that your return is misplaced. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/authorise an exchange if your item is misplaced and no proof of postage/tracking is available, or your items are damaged because of insufficient packaging.

We aim to process all refunds within 14 days of receiving your parcel at our warehouse. Refunds usually clear into your account within 5 working days however this can vary between banks and can take longer if you are an international customer. Please note: Delivery costs are non-refundable.
